The North Central Illinois Coordinating Council is made up of three local chapters; Gamma Phi from the Princeton area, Omega from the Kewanee area and Omicron from the Ottawa area. GALESBURG ; The Carl Sandburg State Historic Site in Galesburg will expand its hours of operation to Thursday through Sunday effective June 4, and the state-operated historic buildings at Bishop Hill are now open seven days per week through Sept. 7 ... The Bjorklund Hotel, Colony Church and Bishop Hill Museum at Bishop Hill State Historic Site are now open seven days per week through Sept. 7 ... Bishop Hill run BISHOP HILL ; The 15th annual Swedish Stomp and Skamperoo will be Saturday, April 25. Registration begins at 7 a.m. and race-time is 9 a.m. The Skamperoo is scheduled for 10 a.m. Registration fees paid prior to the day of the race are $14 and $16 race day.
