    A Fort Scott Sanitation Services truck drives up a hillside Friday afternoon to dump its waste at the Waste Corporation of Kansas' landfill located southwest of Arcadia at 1150 E. 700th Ave. Gas released from a methane collection station blurr the image of sea gulls and a front end loader in the top left corner.
