    Ella is survived by: her daughter, Jean (Roger) Freden, Wahpeton; three step-daughters, Catherine (Ron) Pich, Grafton, N.D., Joan (Wayne) Novak, Grand Forks, Mary Lou (James) Novak, Grand Forks; 12 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; her brother, Walter Bud (Gertrude) Hewitt, Minto; and several nieces and nephews.     The latest National Weather Service outlook puts the chance of flooding at more than 90 percent in the Fargo area, and at approximately 50 percent in Wahpeton, Grand Forks, Grafton and Drayton. Lambrecht warned against delaying the purchase of flood insurance as there typically is a 30-day waiting period before a policy underwritten by the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) becomes effective. Students are asked to bring along their 2008 federal tax return and W2 forms, any untaxed income records, veteran noneducation benefits, worker s comp and child support, information on savings, investments, business assets and farm assets (if applicable).     In northeastern North Dakota, Walsh County Sheriff Lauren Wild said a stretch of state Highway 17 between Grafton and Park River looked like a wrecking yard Monday morning. The sheriff said his SUV slid in the ditch about 5:30 a.m., and he was stuck for nearly four hours. (Bismarck Tribune, ND)
