Henley provided details of the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet's Six-Year Road Plan to the Murray Ledger Friday that laid out the agency's schedule to complete four-lane expansion of the roadway from Cadiz to Kentucky Lake through LBL.. According to the plan, the roadway will be completed from the Lake Barkley Bridge east to the entrance of Lake Barkley State Park, a total of three miles, at a cost of 21 million.
