    NH judge strikes down proposed Concord tax cap  Mar 22, 2009
    Tax caps are in place in Franklin, Derry, Nashua, Rochester, Dover and Laconia. The ruling will not automatically affect those caps, but Assistant Attorney General James Kennedy if someone in another city were to challenge that city's cap, Nicolosi's ruling could be used as a persuasive argument before another judge.
