    Lawyers say the 14-year-old girl was with her mother and brother at a McDonald's drive-through in West Lebanon on Aug. 26, 2006 when she was burned on about 3 percent of her body.     LEBANON, N.H. (AP) -- A federal jury has awarded the family of a Vermont woman nearly $1 million in a malpractice and wrongful death lawsuit against Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center. Katherine Coffey died at age 79 following complications from treatment at the hospital in Lebanon, N.H. The jury awarded $598,000 to her estate and $385,000 to her surviving husband.
