New Orleans may have Mardi Gras and Fat Tuesday, but from the plains of the Dakotas to the shores of Lake Michigan, it is the season of the Friday fish fry the All-U-Can-Eat Friday fish fry. The Bogalusa City School Board approved a 2009-2010 schedule that includes a week off for Mardi Gras, but the vote was not unanimous ...
