In the second half, Jacob Overton was just a little strong on a header following a Daniel Krause corner kick during the 67th minute. Nic Wheeler also had a direct kick knocked away during the 78th minute and the Bombers' frantic attacks in the final two minutes were turned away by the Cub defense every time, as Nevada avenged back-to-back regular season losses to their rivals during the past two seasons.
