    A 22-year-old Revere man had just dropped off his girlfriend at her home and returned to his parked car on Cambridge Street near Seventh Street at about 2:30 a.m. Nov. 11 when he noticed four men in hooded sweatshirts walking toward him. An extensive joint investigation by the Chelsea Police Department and Massachusetts State Police together with Suffolk County prosecutors revealed that Atkins used the team s funds for personal travel and entertainment purposes.
