WILLIMANTIC - There was disappointment, frustration and anger Wednesday at the Connecticut Eastern Railroad Museum, where vandals smashed windows on a locomotive, the museum's roundhouse, a gift shop and several vehicles ... A fourth man, John Fitzgerald Hood, 21, of Hartford, was charged with breach of peace and interfering with police after witnesses told police he was involved in the fight in which Howard was fatally injured.
